SFFD

It had to be a fire truck. I saw and heard several today whilst I was out and about. Several pictures of them too. :-) I particularly like the aerial trucks that go blaring through the city. Had a wave off one fireman, who was sat in the crane cabin thingy on one! Hurrah!

It was such a beautiful day, really really warm. I took a cable-car to Fisherman's Wharf, booked onto a tour of Alcatraz for tomorrow and walked back to Market Street to tick off a few items on my shopping list, including a suitcase to carry them all in! (No more than £145 worth, natch!) I sat in Union Square for a couple of hours this afternoon, making use of the free wi-fi to arrange a little excursion for Wednesday and soaking up the sun and atmosphere. I wasn't expecting such warm weather, so a right bonus. You can see how blue the sky was in the reflection here. I also snapped some skyscraper shots that were extremely blippable, but the fire truck won! Honk Honk.....
