Wild orchid #1

We have wild orchids in our garden! This one's only about 6 inches high, growing in the ground at the base of our willow igloo. There's another that looks different to this one and I hope to blip it in the next few days. We were SO thrilled to find them.

Can anyone help me identify it? Might help to view it large.
