Cooking duty

Realised when I'd just started preparing the food that I hadn't taken a single photo today. So thought I'd blip some of the ingredients which are by now gently cooking away to form a khichhari/kitchri (not sure of the spelling). It's smelling pretty good already. Some grated courgettes with mustard seeds and yoghurt alongside. Mmm, must go and tend the pots.
