To feel needed.

Me and tommy look at our family as a pack. In the pack everyone need to feel needed. Today Tommy is helping his mother build a bla bla (dunno the word) for her porch. As the "pack leader" (lol) he include Maximilian. He ask him for help, to hold, to get things, to DO things. Everything in order to have Maximilian feel that he participate in the building of the bla bla that is VERY important to his Grandma..

I can see in the photo that Tommy doesn't need Maxis help to hold. His arms are strong enough (me like) but by asking Maxi for his help and show himself a little weaker than he is, Maxi grow and he feel that his father wont fix it without him. Can it be better?
