I Want to Break Free

Don't worry they didn't jump - they are just admiring the view before i started work!

am still 98% on track food wise - had a mini blip (read binge) after my tea, a pack of sweets, a ww cake, some monster munch, some cheese and bread (ok a big binge!). but no alchol and i've come upstairs out of the way of food.
i need to get out of the habit of being bored and eating.

Will n Syn weren't about guess i need them out and on display at all times - going to take them out and about tomorrow and try and get some good pics of them and at least while i'm taking pics i'm not eating!
