Water Challenge I

Dear blippers

Here is my first modest effort at a long exposure of running water. I'm somewhat under-prepared for this having neither tripod or filter hence struggled to not end up with a dazzlingly over-exposed shot.

Any tips for this sort of shot from the more experience blippers out there in the blipperverse?

This was taken on the Water of Leith not 15 mins walk from my flat.
