Tranquility

Spent much of the day diving about with the kids getting last minute things for school. Up and down the street, going to the butchers, Sainsburys etc and as we crossed the canal bridge we stopped and watched the swans gliding up the calm water.........(deep breath and slowly release), ahhh, that's better, now walk slowly I'll get it all done, I need to stop the rush :)
