Antony Gormley - Water of Leith - Sculpture 6

The last one in my Antony Gormley "6 Times" series of figures installed along the Water of Leith. It's number six and can be found at an old disused pier at Leith Docks near Ocean Terminal.

Here are all the rest -

Figure One - Modern Art Gallery

Figure Two - Behind the Modern Art Gallery

Figure Three - Stockbridge

Figure Four - Powderhall

Figure Five - Bonnington

Mags and I have had a very busy day indeed! We started with elevenses at the Modern Art Gallery (SO good! Possibly best scones ever...) then walked right along the Water of Leith to see all the Antony Gormley figures.

I've been doing them a bit at a time for my blip series but I was holding off finishing it until Maggie came down so that we could do the whole thing in one go and blip my final figure at the end. It's actually a much longer walk than you think it's going to be, we had a gorgeous day for it though! I was totally knackered afterwards but there was no time to stop!

Lunch at the Basement (mmmm, enchiladas!) then zoomed home to get changed and straight out again to see Five Guys Named Moe at McEwan Hall. (It was absolutely brilliant, such good fun and we really enjoyed it. I'll have to get the soundtrack now to add to my musicals collection. Nothing like musical theatre, love it!)

We hung ot at the Udderbelly for a bit for food and cider then off again down to the Assembly rooms for some Cabaret.

Phew!
It's been all go but really good, we've had a fab day. Definitely time for bed now though!
