Josie's birthday

Today, it was my housemate Josie's birthday and I'm pleased to say that Lord Oliver Wise was very well received!

To celebrate her 25th, we went to a 1950s-style bowling alley called The Lanes in Bristol. I haven't been bowling for years and despite a bad start - and finish - I did manage to get one strike and celebrated terribly ungraciously.

However, the best part of the evening was the coming together of me and my flatmates' Emma and Josie's social groups. I just love meeting new people.

The flat is sooooo quiet now everyone's gone...
