Swaddled.

These saved my sanity. Up until this point Jack and Erin would go up to bed for their feed at about 8pm Iwould still be trying to settle them 4 hours later and it would go into the next feed before they finally slept. A friend suggested swaddling which I though they would hate. The first night they were both asleep within 20 minutes, after they outgrew these they went into grobags.
