Cut

I cut myself very deeply..Only wanted to wash my glass when it fell into pieces and cut my palm, my fingers...Its still bleeding like hell, does not hurt very much though..but how can I get this stupid piece of glass out of my palm?
I have to medidate about that as there is no way I go to see a doctor!
Will try to find some antiseptics..My stomach doesnt like this picture...
