Match

In kindergarten, A and her friend C had the same backpack - completely by happenstance. (Well - with moms who both shop at Target and are inclined toward rules like "no licensed characters" perhaps it wasn't totally random, but it wasn't planned.) They were so delighted by this that in first grade, they begged to go school supply shopping together so they could pick identical backpacks. We went along with their plan, and this year they wanted to do it again. This time, we combined the backpack shopping trip with a sleepover, so I took both girls to Target for the big selection. The funny part is that A and C don't even go to the same school - so no one but them knows they have matching packs!
