a normal day
Excellent day.
Which is normal.
Woke up early, around 6am and drove to Espoo. I had a few meetings in Espoo, all of which were kind of introductory meetings concerning my new job as a coach. Interesting times.
I heard some very good feedback. In Finland one rarely does.
In the first meeting the PM of a project said that he had discussed with the technical lead of the project who had said that "they've done something very impressive things in test automation part."
At the second meeting I heard that the Scrum Master had said to the PO team that "he's more than welcome quest to our team."
When one get's these compliments from fellow agilists it feels extraordinary good. No manager/leader can ever say anything as valuable as a co-worker who's doing the same thing which you are doing.
For all of us, dear fellow blippers, I do encourage us to really thing who do we appreciate? Whose work is something extraordinary? Who is the most hearty person at our community.
What if we'd say how much we appreciate them? We'd make them happy. And that would make us happy.
In the picture the little princess is having a dinner. Eating a carrot. The best dinner so far. We sat almost an hour and she really chew the food. She's really getting to understand how to move the food in her mouth. Chewing and chewing.
With no teeth.
