PopeFest 2010

Took a wander down to Princes Street this afternoon to see what was happening with the Papal visit going on. Being an ardent atheist, I wasn't particularly fussed about watching an old man drive by in a funny looking car (I could always just watching the old guy down the road in his Reliant Robin of a week day morning), however it was fascinating watching the crowds of folk gathered for the drive by.

I did manage to get a shot of Palpatine, however I much preferred this guy peddling his souvenir flags for the occasion.
