Molesworth Muster - The Night Before

Pixelsmiths, J and I did an 80 km mountain bike ride on the weekend called the Molesworth Muster. The name comes from the area of the ride. The Molesworth Station (farm) is the largest farm in the country. It is in mountainous land in North Canterbury. The event is unique in that the participants must travel to the start the night before and camp. They have a driver with them, who must camp overnight as well, because all the traffic is one way only. The drivers then leave at 7:00AM on the day of the ride. A Canterbury Tale was kind enough to be our driver for this event. This photo was taken from the camp site. The cyclist is J, who joined us on the ride.
