Are you feeling Lucky, Punk?

This is a Peacock tail feather.
It was on the path to our house one morning.
I have heard conflicting stories about these being really lucky and unlucky if you have them in your house.
Since I don't feel that I could be any more lucky than I am already, I prefer to keep this feather outside.
