MadBalls

Anyone remember these guys? They are called MadBalls, and just recently they've come out with them again. Can anyone name them all? Everyone, except the far left one, were characters in the original series. For extra credit can anybody identify the one that had two names? And what were his two names?

The names are: blue guy is new you wouldn't know, but his name is Repvile; next is Bash Brain or originally Crack Head (see why they changed it?); next Screamin Meemie; last Skull Face.
