Took this from the roof of our office. Its some tents in a school yard housing people since the earthquake. There's a million living in tents in the city. And theres hundreds of thousands of tons of rubble on the streets.

This is a gabion wall idea that's being being developed by some of the NGO's. The rubble left over from the earthquake is packed into cages to make walls. Then a timber roof is tied to it making a house.
