Great Blue Heron visits Stong Pond

I was out shooting photos for our proposed calendar for York International when this heron popped in for some fish in Stong Pond. It got at least three. I took about 100 photos of him and it obliged me the whole time. Too bad the work camera is not very good. Lots were fuzzy. Need to get it replaced. Lovely, blustery autumn day at York University. I just wish I didn't have that shadow on its back.
