olive oil

After a few days of work gathering olives, today was the day to take them to the local oil press. Fortunately we were there early enough as from noon and afterwards it got really busy.

The olive oil comes out this color as when it is fresh it still contains some of the olive. It will need to be set aside to settle for some time and then the clear olive oil can be picked.
