Assignment 24 - Christmas Hell #2

The Christchurch Santa Parade. Today was the 60th and my 3rd. The main street was lined with 3 million people. OK, it was about 100,000, but it was still hell. Horrible traffic, nowhere to park, tired, hungry, irritable kids. It was my second favourite place to be - the first being "anywhere else".

But to be honest, it wasn't really that bad. The kids loved it. Quite fun, really. Don't tell anyone.
