Cooking

A quick blip because friends are coming to lunch so there's lots of lovely cooking to do.


This is very grainy, but it's that kind of day.


Edit: since some have asked, we were making: moules farcies, mussels baked in their half shells with chopped herbs, garlic, breadcrumbs and olive oil, very rare roast beef (15 minutes only in the oven), with olive and garlic mashed potatoes and chard, green salad from the garden, cheese, and orange, date and walnut salad. Though I say it myself, it was good!
