Woodfired Dinner

Tonight I am making potato bake and chicken pieces in the Crown oven. The trick is to crank the firebox as high as possible to get the heat into the oven. Then it is just a case of trying to moderate it.

Much better than putting the oven on in the house which is already hot after a warm day.

In about 40 minuted Jo and I will be feasting.
