Beautiful things can come in small packages - the flowers are the size of an American penny. Neostylis Lou Sneary 'Lea' The hybrid is Neofinetia falcata x Rhynchostylis coelestis. The cultivar is 'Lea'. Holds flower for months - this is photographed after 4 weeks. The parents are vandaceous orchids fitting in the same group as the larger Vandas and Ascacentrums. This is the pink form, but some cultivars are sky blue to white. It has a delicate fragrance of citrus and carnations. In the photo are two plants about 10 years old from seed. About an inch of growth for each year.
