Construction workers in the streets of Buenos Aire

My last day in Buenos Aires, this year. I will return at the end of January. Thanks for giving me many blip-opportunities.

These guys were working in front of casa rosada. They were trying to build this scaffolding (?) and in this shot you can see number 9 and 10 (if I counted correctly) They were handing over the tubes, so the one on top could put it together
