Ooooo, fancy new coffee grinder

The Eureka Mignon Instantaneo, a beautiful piece of Italian coffee grinding design.

Got this as an early birthday present from L, and spent the day indoors (again, still no throat and can't currently speak either) tinkering with it getting the grind to the optimal fine setting for lovely crema rich espresso. After that I had to (yup, had to) set up the auto timer for the correct dose for a single shot, again it took some tinkering but it's now perfected. I can't think of a better way to spend a day indoors, maybe that makes me some kind of freak but hey, I had fun.

Not sure how I'll sleep tonight though, I sank a fair few shots getting everything just right. Whatever, it was worth it.
