The Hug

#2 Daughter has made us all another lovely meal and is saying Goodbye to The Grannie before I take her back to her house after tea.

The Mother has had a lovely Christmas, inspite of illness and a visit from the doctor. We should have all been in Sheffield today but #1 Daughter and husband came up to see us instead. I tried to explain Monopoly in the modern age which we played last night. I showed The Mother the photos of a round board and credit cards for rental payment and a bank terminal.

In this digital age, some things never change: a hug!
