Beep beep .... out my way!

After Ethan being so unwell yesterday I gave him the biggest dose of Calpol he has ever had before bed .... and despite him having napped for much of the day and most of the evening, he slept through till nearly 7am!

He was much more cheery today and more like his usual self, thank goodness. Unlike yesterday where he just wanted cuddles and sleeps all day long, today he played with his toys, crawled around loads and tried to get at the cat food! That's my boy!

However when I went to give him his evening bath I found a rash all over his back and part of his tummy. Although I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, we've phoned NHS24 for advice and are currently waiting for a call back. Don't want to put him to bed before they phone back though in case they tell us to take him to the OOH doctors so he's currently wide awake and practically bouncing on the bed with hubbie! Could be a fun night!

** update 10pm - NHS24 don't appear too concerned about the rash and don't need to see him. Ethan now fast asleep in his cot! **
