Room with a view

I work from home a lot, this is the view from the office, looking north east.

The field in the foreground - Great Almonds, named after trees thant have long since gone, is planted with field beans, last year was wheat, next will be rapeseed.

This is where I stargaze, find interesting (to me) stones, watch wildlife, walk, check the weather and notice the subtle changes of light and season.

I have taken more photos of this patch of England than any other subject, but I chose this for today's blip as I think the small patch of winter wheat is hinting that spring is just around the corner.
