Hoornse Plas

When I peeked outside early this morning I thought we might have a sunrise. I quickly made and then had some breakfast and left with Martine and Ellis still sleeping and Nienke and Inge playing downstairs.

I drove to the Hoornse Plas, a recreational area in Groningen. I was there before on November 28 and I think I will probably revisit some more times because it is quite a nice location for sunrise shots.

The sunrise itself wasn't that spectacular but I managed to get quite a few nice shots and chose this one for my blip today.

Martine talked to her mother this morning. She appeared to be tired but other than that she is doing well. We will visit her in hospital in the afternoon. Thank you for your kind comments yesterday!
