Amuse Bouche
Little appetiser before a meal. This one is a pan fried butternut squash risotto cake with a little creme fraiche and a piece of parmesan crisp.
I generally serve these when people eat a la carte food to give them something to taste and to give myself a little extra time to get everything organised for their order.
