Brian helps with the washing up...

Yeah...not a huge help if truth be told!

I got a surprise visit from my sis and my wee ginger nephew today :) Her flat is leaking so Brian is here for the night while their landlord sorts it out. I couldn't be more pleased to see him, even if he is currently tearing around my sitting room knocking everything over!

Claire and I started Weight Watchers again today, New Year, new us! I know its a typical January thing (you should see the number of people that were at the meeting tonight - wow!) everyone resolves to be healthier and then they go for a few weeks before it gradually tails off (by March its pretty much back to normal at the meetings!). However this isn't about losing a few pounds for us. We're properly serious about doing it after having gained so much this past year, we both need a real change and intend to make it work.
Hopefully it goes well, I need it to. I'll keep you posted...
