In the Gym

Constance was three months old last Sunday. Her second-favourite activity (after bath-time) is bashing toys on strings, as you can see here. Her left arm is whirling so fast with excitement you can't even see it.

This baby gym was lent to us by my friend Alice, who also has a journal here, and whose boys used it. It is wooden and has bells on it that make a polite tinkle. Constance has so far failed to appreciate the lush sheepskin rug I've been laying her on for these sessions.
