Reflections

In a reflective mood today, still on my theme of money and why can I not just save, why do I need to spend?

Had a quick walk to the Dean Gallery and looked at some Lee Miller portraits. Hm, lots to learn. Photography - so I heard on the radio yesterday - is all about light so when I saw this reflection I thought that I'd caught the light. Not sure now but I quite like the way only parts of the building are reflected and others hidden from view.

Must sort out my priorities maybe but also need to relax about all this, I''m sure it'll sort itself if I'm conscious about what it is I'm doing and what I'm not doing.

Oh and I went to see "The King's Speech" yesterday, in a real cinema, one where there are no cupholders and where the view to the screen may be obstructed by another cinema goer, one of those cinemas that still open the curtain so as to build the expectation. All in all a wonderful experience and the story so simple and so well told. Not too many plots and much more satisfying than any romcom anyday, more thoughtprovoking. Great!
