Standing Alone ...

I was feeling uptight last night and this morning with dwelling on something which was said to me yesterday by someone which upset me quite alot ... when I feel like this I like to go for a long walk to get it out of my system.

Eric asked me if I wanted to go for a walk around Wolferton this morning, I said "Oh yes please".


It was a wonderful walk and I got the thoughts nearly out of my system and some wonderful images.
