Puzzles and pastimes
This helicopter attracted my attention when it was buzzing around my mother's bungalow this morning, very low and noisy. I was puzzled what it was doing, but I think it was simply a joy ride: hence puzzles and pastimes, you might think. But there's more!
First, try this tongue twister. Repeat quickly three times:
RED LEVEL HELICOPTER, YELLOW LEVEL HELICOPTER.
Very good.
Now pick yourself up, dust yourself down and pull yourself together after all that laughter.
Next puzzle: Have a look in the branches of the tree.
Can you spot a large pair of panties?
Colour them in.
What other pictures can you find hidden in the trees?
Finally: How many triangles can you find in the criss-crossing branches.
There, that should keep you busy till bedtime.
That's all for today, boys and girls! See you tomorrow.
