Deer at the corner

Walked by this location for years but never saw it.
This deer at the corner.
The building used to be a pharmacy according to the writing ; we say "Apotheek", and now a real astate agent has his office here, also selling mortgages (we say "hypotheek".)

So in Dutch (well; Latin I guess) it's a bit bizarre....
