Hidden Castle

Pesky Princess was moaning this morning about me working all weekend, so when she returned from school this afternoon i took 30 mins out from work and went for a wander with her (very very late lunch!).

There are many shots of the folly at the top of Kinnoull Hill on blip, but i don't think anyone has ever posted one of the castle/folly that's on the next hill towards Dundee.

I've lived in Tayside all my life, but it wasn't until a month or two ago that I spotted this through a gap in the trees. It's only really visible when your directly down below on the motorway and the leaves are off the trees.

Need to dig out my maps to see what the hill is called and see if i can find more out about it. Suspect i will be back again soon for more blips soon. Some good views up there but not when you have a Pesky Princess in toe and there's a steep drop!

Oh, and i know its a bit squinty. The left side is spot on after a bit of photoshop lens correction, but no idea why the other side is still looking so squint. Will hopefully take a better shot next time there.
