Teamwork

On Friday and Saturday I went on an overnight retreat with a group of women from my church. We had a great time eating, playing board games, learning, eating, worshiping, making new friends, eating, laughing, singing, and did I mention eating? The women in the picture were working on a service project together.

Obviously eating was a very important part of the retreat, but sleeping wasn't. By late Saturday afternoon, when it was time to head for home, snow had begun falling. It rapidly piled up on the highway, and the long drive home was much longer and anything but fun. Add that to my lack of sleep, and today I am exhausted. My get-up-and-go has gone! I plan to be in bed early tonight.
