Paris

We left Ashtead at 8 am and headed for Paris. We got to St Pancras ridiculously early and had a coffee and pain au raisin to get us in the mood.

The train ride was fine (althought I did end up being sick - doh!) and we got to Paris just after lunch.

Using Canterbury's GPS we found the hotel with no problem - only to find that it was the same hotel we had stayed in last time we went to Paris. We had no idea. It was a small but comfortable room.

We went out and got ourselves some water and sandwiches and then we walked, and walked, and walked.

We ended up at the Sacre Coeur this evening (first time of being up there by night for me) and got a few night shots. I did take some nice ones of the building itself but somehow these steps appealed to me more.
