'Desert Chainsaw'
This is an image of the Century plant (Agave americana). It is a very formidable desert succulent. Not only will those hard little teeth on its 'leaves' rip you to shreds, but on the tip of each leaf is a extremely rigid spike, capable of much wounding and has an irritant that causes a great deal of discomfort, trust me I know first hand.
