Spencer Bear Day 5

The operation. Eek. She's been so brave and looking forward to it, right up until it came time to put her shoes on.
Checked in at 7am and she was second on the list. By 9.30am we'd cracked open most of the craft sets & sticker books left over from her birthday, the telly didn't have Cbeebies, and she was ready to go home.

She was back up by 11 and by 12pm had stuffed a bowl of pasta, a tub of ice cream, a bowl of jelly and another of fruit salad.

Now we are bored and want to go home but are waiting for some more drugs - apparently her adenoids were "odourous" - and she still has the dreaded venflon in.


ETA: finally got home at 5pm after a spurting blood from hand incident, hike in temperature and our brave soldier changing her mind about being brave. She even started complaining everyone was shouting which I presume translates to her grommets working.
