Compression

These very pink compression sleeves are my latest attempt at relieving pain in my foot (or rather feet as the left foot joined the party this morning!!!) So far, I am impressed. I'll keep you all posted.....

So, today was my day off. I didn't enjoy it for one reason and another - the other being my left foot, which developed an inability / reluctance/ refusal to weight bear over night! I've no idea what I did??!! Anyway, it meant that I couldn't go for a run to relieve the stress of the one reason....

Tomorrow is another day!
