Happy Father's Day.....

......GravyC! It would also have been his Dad's birthday today. As well as his chocolates he was given a bottle of Graham's vintage port.

He celebrated with a 13 mile run......on his own as my ankles were too sore :( but we did manage to get out for coffee together at lunchtime.
