Whacky Lime Pickle - Part 1

Now I just had to blip this!
When it comes to food, whacky, weird, strange, all work perfectly fine. As long as there's no dead animals involved :)
One of my clients gave me this really bizarre interesting recipe the other day. Having a lime tree dripping with ripe fruit I had to give it a go.
This is part 1, which I have prepared today. Chopping limes, into the jar and add sea salt. Now we wait :) We do actually, 1-2 weeks in a warm place, until they are dull brown and soft ...
If anyone wants to do a cook-along let me know, I can post the recipe
