Gravesend

View of Gravesend early morning , before sunrise.

I climbed Windmill Hill very early to try and catch the sunrise at 0623.

Quite a few images taken , then realised that the sun was rising behind some of the many established trees :( .... poo .
I was hoping to get some sort of half a sun shot as it appeared on the Horizon ... but alas it was not to be .

No issue as i had a nice sit with a flask of coffee in cool air, which i don't think would be possible for the rest of the day ...MET Office widget says 26C in Gravesend today ...eeek.
