Highland view

A hot day was forecast, so I thought a walk through woodland at Griffin Forest might keep us out of the sun. However the tracks ran north/south. so we were in the sun most of the time, while the dense trees blocked the breeze.

We were pleased to get back to the air conditioning in the car at the end of the day. That's unusual for Perthshire!

Posting this nearly three weeks later, I wish we'd appreciated the dry weather more while it lasted!
