The foundations are dug and the space at the back of the garage is ready for a door. Soon we will have a porch for wet coats and muddy shoes and a small - very small laundry room. No more frozen pipes and drippy doorsteps.

It's too much to hope for dry weather while the work is being done, but it would be very good to not have too much wind combined with the rain.
