Mirror mirror, mon amour

Woke up with what seemed like a huge balance of sleep debt I'd accumulated over the weekend...what I'd have given for another hour...

Nothing that a strong coffee wouldn't rectify and soon enough energy levels resumed normal service and I was ready and raring to go on a grim drizzly Monday morning.

Bonus driving in to notts was that I'd forgotten school holidays! The drive was a breeze. A good morning which ended with a lovely lunchtime meeting with trace at sinatras.

The rain started as I walked back to the office and was chucking it down as I ventured out again to pay our chrimbo dinner deposit at the Albert hall. Took this picture of the sky mirror at the playhouse as I walked back.

Afternoon flew by and soon it was hometime. The fog starting to come down, this is typical October weather!

Home and beaut dinner. Then prepared fruit for my creole cake. Blimey the aromas from the fruit stewing in the liquor mixture made me lightheaded!

All done, and whilst waiting for it to cool, am shuffling on the old iPod...
