Bird Bath.

Think we need a bigger bird bath.
4 Sparrows just managed to fit in, but more were waiting to take their turn.
Don't blame them as it has been a very hot day. 
Down the lane I  could hear some children having a whale of a time playing in their padding pool.
( Just glad they weren't near us!)

Extra is thanks to Yorkshirebred, who yesterday mentioned making rock buns.
They are Mr C's favourite and I haven't made any since lockdown.
So made them this afternoon.
We had two each with our afternoon cuppa sat out in the garden.
( I stayed in the shade)    They are always best eaten while still warm.

Another night watering. Still can't grumble as the weather is fabulous.
